BadgeYT helps you scan YouTube channels, stamp milestone badges on thumbnails, and export or push them. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email) when you sign in; channel and video metadata from YouTube when you use the tool; project preferences you save; and payment-related details handled by our payment providers if you upgrade.
How we use it
To run the product (scan, compose, export, push), keep your projects, process purchases, send essential account email, and improve reliability and support.
YouTube & third parties
YouTube Data API and Google OAuth power channel access and optional thumbnail push. Payments go through Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. We don’t sell your personal data.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google, delete projects, or request account deletion. Contact us if you need help exercising those rights.
